Programming
If you have an ECU problem with a Nissan vehicle you will be aware that the Engine ECU (ECM) and Immobiliser (BCM / BSI) are programmed to each other (Locked). A diagnostic scanner used by garages & workshops is not capable of re-programming secondhand units, however we are able to bench program (Data swap or 'clone') secondhand units enabling them to be re-used needing no further programming necessary. We stock various Nissan ECU's, if we don't have your unit available we offer a cloning service if you can supply a donor unit - all you have to do is simply send us your original & donor units. We also offer a Europe wide mail order service.

Nissan ECU Programming

Nissan Micra EPS Programming
Nissan Micra K12 ‘Electronic Power steering’ units quite regularly fail & leave the steering incredibly heavy to operate, also the yellow warning light on the dashboard will illuminate – if you have fitted a second-hand Micra EPS unit & now the car doesn’t start or if the vehicle starts but the dashboard warning light is permanently on don’t worry – we have the answer!, we can ‘clone’ a donor unit to work on your car, we do this by extracting the vehicle data from your faulty EPS unit & re-program the donor unit this is far more cost effective than replacing the EPS with a brand new unit or having the unit repaired! – Please call or visit our online shop for more information.
Nissan Micra BCM Programming
Nissan Micra K12 / Nissan Note, Juke, Qashqai & various other Nissan vehicles cars use a ‘Body control module’ Which controls many functions on the car such as lighting / wipers locking etc, often faults can be rear foglight not working or permanently staying on, electric windows not working & boot release button not functioning – unfortunately if you want to replace a Micra BCM stores immobiliser data, remote central locking data & therefore a secondhand ‘BCM’ cannot be removed from one car (For example from a breakers yard or Ebay) and fitted to another vehicle. Don’t worry – we have a solution! We can re-program a donor unit (‘clone’) to work on a different vehicle – this is done by extracting the vehicle data from the original (Faulty) BCM & transferring it onto a working donor unit

Nissan Micra IPDM programming
Nissan Micra K12 / various other Nissan cars use a fusebox called an ‘Intelligent Power Distribution Module’ – When these fail it can lead to headlight / wiper / washer etc, if needed we can ‘clone’ a secondhand unit to work on a different vehicle – this is done by extracting the data from the original (Faulty) IPDM & transferring it onto a donor unit

Airbag ECU Crash data / Cloning
We can remove crash data from most airbag control units fitted to Nissan vehicles. Crash data needs to be removed from SRS control units after a car has had collision and a safety feature has been activated such as seat belt pre-tensioners, airbags, fuel cut-off systems etc. This usually appears as the airbag warning light being illuminated and fails to extinguish when garages try to clear fault codes with a standard diagnostic scanner. Simply remove your airbag control unit, bring it to us for stripping and re-programming.
